Macronix provides a streamlined process to request device analysis and corrective action of products that have failed during customer application. Macronix's highly advanced analytical capabilities are used to provide root cause information and build customer satisfaction.
Macronix refers to international standards such as JEDEC or ZVEI standards to notify our customers regarding changes of product or process which may affect form, fit, function, or adversely affect the quality or reliability of the products, to avoid impacts to customers’ applications.
All Macronix products that do not conform to specifications, with unidentified or suspect status, or environmentally harmful substance are brought to the attention of Macronix Material Review Board (MRB). Macronix MRB is composed of executive representatives from each of our different departments to review and decide on the final disposition of the non-conformance product.
Based on the ideals of JESD 671, Macronix has established an efficient system to track, delegate and complete corrective action requests, which is of critical importance for continuous improvement. Any Macronix employee may propose a Corrective Action Request, and any employee assigned a CAR is required to respond.
