Macronix International, an NXP Partner, will highlight its market-leading non-volatile-memory solutions at NXP Tech Days Milan 2024 in October. NXP Tech Days are a global training program providing engineers with technical workshops, lectures and instruction. Macronix flash memory products are featured on several NXP EVKs of i.MXRT and S32.
Among other demos, NXP will showcase a motor-control demonstration based on its LPC5536Xpresso EVK with Macronix MX25R ultra-low-power flash. The NXP LPC5536 MCU is part of the LPC5000 Series of highly efficient MCUs based on Cortex®-M33 with Arm® TrustZone®. The LPC55S6x series is part of the EdgeVerse™ edge computing platform. Macronix MX25R flash memories feature much lower power read operation than to a standard flash, supports a wide range of Vcc from 1.65V to 3.6V and has an exceptionally deep power-down current of 7nA.
